Watermelon Fruit Salad with Lime-Mint Dressing

3 lbs watermelon
1 lb strawberries, sliced
1 (6 oz) pkg raspberries
1 (6 oz) pkg blackberries
2 medium limes, juice and zest (plus more for garnish)
2 Tbs honey
2 Tbs fresh mint leaves, chopped (plus more for garnish)
Directions
- Using a small heart-shaped or flower-shaped cutter, cut the watermelon. Alternatively, cut into 1/2-inch to 1-inch cubes or diamond shapes. Add to a large bowl with the strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. Stir together the lime juice, zest, honey and mint. Pour over the fruit. Gently toss to combine. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Sprinkle with extra mint and lime zest before serving.
