A simple, versatile; yet healthy seed mix recipe for an on the go snack or a topping for your favorite yogurt!

Super Seed Mix

3 Tbs chia seeds
3 Tbs hemp seeds
3 Tbs flaxseeds
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds, unsalted (optional)
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds, unsalted (optional)
Directions
- Stir together the chia seeds, hemp seeds and flaxseeds. A tablespoon of this mixture can be added to baked goods or smoothies. It can also be stirred into jams or condiments to spread on toast or sandwiches.
- Add the sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds to the mixture to use it as a topping for yogurt, salads, oatmeal or cereal.
- Roughly chop the mixture to use as a topping on muffins or homemade bread. Additionally, grind the mixture in a food processor to a flour consistency.
- Add 1 to 2 tablespoons to baked goods or sauces to add nutritional value. It can also be mixed with breadcrumbs for coating chicken.
- Place seed mixture in an airtight container.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to two months or in the freezer for up to six months.
