Ingredients
2/3 cup butter, room temperature
2 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 3/4 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 (6 oz) pkg chocolate chips
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
1/2 tsp flaky sea salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Coat a 13 x 9 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl and while using an electric mixer, cream the butter and brown sugar until soft and fluffy. Add peanut butter, and cream until combined. Beating constantly, add 1 egg at a time and then the vanilla. 
  2. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl, 1/2 cup at a time. Stir in the chocolate chips. 
  3. Spread batter evenly into greased pan. Sprinkle chopped peanuts and sea salt over the top. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting with a sharp knife.
