Salted Peanut Butter Blondies

Ingredients
2/3 cup butter, room temperature
2 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 3/4 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 (6 oz) pkg chocolate chips
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
1/2 tsp flaky sea salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375° F. Coat a 13 x 9 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl and while using an electric mixer, cream the butter and brown sugar until soft and fluffy. Add peanut butter, and cream until combined. Beating constantly, add 1 egg at a time and then the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl, 1/2 cup at a time. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly into greased pan. Sprinkle chopped peanuts and sea salt over the top. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting with a sharp knife.
