Roasted Broccolini
This is a side dish that is not only visually appealing, but also packed with a delicious combination of savory and slightly sweet flavors. Roasted broccolini pairs well with various main dishes and makes for a nutritious addition to any meal.

Roasted Broccolini

Ingredients
1 bunch broccolini
2 Tbs vegetable oil
2 Tbs orange juice
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs honey
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp Sriracha sauce
2 Tbs cashew pieces
Directions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the broccolini, and cook for 1 minute. Remove, and place in a bowl of ice water to cool. Once cool, dry thoroughly.
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Add broccolini to a foil-lined baking sheet. Toss with vegetable oil. Stir together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and Sriracha. Pour over the broccolini, and toss to coat. Spread broccolini into an even layer on baking sheet. Add cashews. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until broccolini is tender and charred.
Tip: To spice things up, add 1/2 teaspoon of red chile flakes to the honey mixture.
