Raspberry Lemonade Ice Cream Float

1/2 cup fresh raspberries, plus more for garnish
1 tsp sugar
1 cup plus 2 Tbs Simply Lemonade® With Raspberry
1 cup lemon-lime soda
4 scoops Goldenbrook Vanilla Ice Cream
lemon slices, for garnish
Directions
- In a blender, add raspberries, sugar and 2 tablespoons of lemonade. Blend to puree. Using 2 tall glasses, add 1/2 cup of lemonade and 1/2 cup of soda to each glass. Top each glass with 2 scoops of ice cream, and pour in some of the sauce. Garnish with additional raspberries and lemon slices.
- Note: Substitute sparkling wine for lemon-lime soda to turn into a cocktail.
