Ingredients
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup ricotta cheese
3 cups Brookshire’s Shredded Italian Cheese, divided
1 cup grated parmesan, divided
1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
1 lb Owens® Italian Premium Pork Sausage, cooked and drained
1 cup pepperoni slices
chopped parsley, for garnish
toasted baguette slices, for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
- Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, ricotta, 2 cups of the shredded cheese and 1/2 cup of parmesan.
- Then, spread half of the cheese mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Top the cheese with half of the marinara sauce.
- Add half of the sausage and half of the pepperoni.
- Repeat all three layers.
- Top with the remaining cup of shredded cheese and 1/2 cup of parmesan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley, and serve with baguette slices.
