Ingredients
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup ricotta cheese
3 cups Brookshire’s Shredded Italian Cheese, divided
1 cup grated parmesan, divided
1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
1 lb Owens® Italian Premium Pork Sausage, cooked and drained
1 cup pepperoni slices
chopped parsley, for garnish
toasted baguette slices, for serving
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
  2. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, ricotta, 2 cups of the shredded cheese and 1/2 cup of parmesan.
  4. Then, spread half of the cheese mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Top the cheese with half of the marinara sauce.
  6. Add half of the sausage and half of the pepperoni.
  7. Repeat all three layers.
  8. Top with the remaining cup of shredded cheese and 1/2 cup of parmesan.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Garnish with parsley, and serve with baguette slices.
