1 stick butter
4 oz cream cheese (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup pimento cheese
7 cups whole kernel corn (thawed, if frozen)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 Tbs fresh parsley
Directions
- Melt butter in large pot over low heat. Add cream cheese, milk and pimento cheese; stir until almost melted. Add corn, salt and pepper; stir to combine. Place a lid on the pot. Let cook for about 10 minutes or until heated through. Stir in parsley before serving.
