Ingredients
1/2 lb ground beef (80/20)
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
2 Tbs brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
6 hamburger buns, toasted
Directions
- In large skillet over medium heat, cook meats, onions and bell peppers until meats are browned. Drain fat from pan. Add ketchup, water, brown sugar, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt to meat. Stir to combine; bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until it reaches desired consistency. Serve on toasted buns.
