2 oz Brookshire’s Frozen Strawberries
1.5 oz light rum
1 oz coconut rum
2 oz sweetened cream of coconut
2 oz pineapple juice
4 oz frozen mango
1 cup ice
Directions
  1. In a blender, add the strawberries, light rum and coconut rum. Blend until well-combined. Pour the mixture into your favorite summer glass, and set aside.
  2. Rinse out the blender. Add the cream of coconut, pineapple juice, frozen mango and ice to the blender. Blend until well-combined.
  3. Slowly pour the mango mixture over the strawberry mixture. Garnish as desired.
