Ingredients
1 cup fresh mint, loosely packed
2 tsp sugar
2 Tbs very hot water
1/4 cup malt vinegar
1/8 tsp salt
Directions
- Pull mint leaves from the stems. Place on a cutting board, and finely chop. Sprinkle the sugar over the mint, and continue to chop. Place the mint and sugar in a small bowl. Cover with hot water, and let steep for 2 minutes. Add vinegar and salt before serving.
