Cranberry-Bleu Cheese Dip

Ingredients
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 Tbs green onions, chopped
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
2 Tbs pecans, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Prepare a 1-quart baking dish with nonstick spray. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, gorgonzola and sour cream with an electric mixer. Beat in the milk and egg. Using a spatula, gently fold in the onions and cranberries. Top with pecans. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until set. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
