Ingredients
12 cups popcorn, popped (divided)
2 cups (12 oz) white chocolate chips
1/4 tsp cotton candy extract
pink food coloring
blue food coloring
2 Tbs sparkling sugar or white sprinkles
Directions
  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. Melt chocolate chips, and add extract. Divide melted chocolate evenly between 3 bowls. Add pink food coloring to one bowl and blue food coloring to another bowl. Leave one bowl white. 
  2. Add 4 cups of popcorn to a large bowl. Pour the melted white chips over the popcorn, and stir to coat. Spread popcorn flat on 1/3 of baking sheet. Repeat with remaining popcorn and the pink and blue melted chips, respectively. 
  3. Sprinkle the sugar over the popcorn. Chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Transfer popcorn to a large bowl to serve.
