Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
2 cans Ranch Style Beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup mild picante sauce
1 onion, chopped
½ cup chopped pepperoncini peppers with their juice
Water
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chili powder
Directions
- Brown beef with the onions
- Add remaining ingredients with enough water to make a thin “soup”
- Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally
- Reduce heat, simmer 3-4 hours, adding water as needed and stirring occasionally
- Serve with desired toppings or sides
