Cantaloupe Agua Fresca

Ingredients
1 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks (approx. 4 cups)
4 cups water
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tbs fresh lime juice
ice, for serving
mint leaves, for garnish
Directions
- In a blender, puree cantaloupe until smooth. Push through a fine-mesh sieve. Reserve the liquid, and discard the pulp. (You should have about 2 cups of cantaloupe juice.) Place the juice back in the blender. Add water, sugar and lime juice. Blend the ingredients. Pour into a large pitcher. Serve over ice with a mint sprig.
