1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
4 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 Tbs fresh parsley, minced
Potato chips, for serving
Directions
- Using an electric mixer, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, garlic, black pepper and paprika until creamy.
- Spread into the bottom of a medium bowl.
- Top with lettuce.
- Scatter the tomatoes and bacon over the dip.
- Sprinkle with parsley, and serve with potato chips.
