1 pineapple
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 Tbs vegetable oil
Directions
- Remove top and bottom of pineapple. Slice off the skin. Cut pineapple from top to bottom. Cut out the core. Slice pineapple into long strips. Place on a rimmed baking sheet. Add teriyaki sauce and oil. Toss to coat.
- Heat grill to medium. Spray with nonstick spray. Add pineapple to the grill. Cook on all sides until sauce caramelizes and pineapple is evenly grilled on all sides. Serve whole, or chop pineapple into smaller pieces to add to other recipes.
